Installation

Installation guidance.

We supply the hardware. Your qualified technician installs it. Every unit ships with full fitting documentation, and we're available on email through the install to answer questions from your fitter or workshop.

Process

How an install runs.

1 · Confirm fit before you order

Tell us the engine, voltage and duty cycle. We confirm the right unit and intake-injection approach before despatch so the kit arrives matched to the job. Use the Request Technical Evaluation form or email if you're unsure.

2 · Your technician installs

We supply hardware only. Installation is carried out by your own qualified technician, heavy-vehicle workshop, marine engineer or genset fitter. Each unit ships with full fitting documentation, wiring diagrams and intake-injection guidance. Installation is non-destructive and fully reversible — no modification to the engine, fuel system or emissions after-treatment.

3 · Commission & baseline

Your installer verifies vibration-sensor start/stop, gas-line integrity, water-polisher operation and alarms. For fleet evaluations we recommend logging fuel consumption for a pre- and post-install baseline period before drawing efficiency conclusions.

What we supply

Hardware-only supply, worldwide.

We supply: the PEM unit, mounting hardware, gas line, fittings, fitting documentation, wiring diagrams, intake-injection guidance and remote support over email during the install.

We do not provide installation. There is no installer network. Installation is the responsibility of the buyer's qualified technician, heavy-vehicle workshop, marine engineer or genset fitter. Many operators use the same workshop that services the engine.

Units ship DDP worldwide. Installation is non-destructive and fully reversible — no modification to the engine, fuel system or emissions after-treatment, so a competent diesel, automotive or genset technician can fit the kit.

If you'd like us to review your installer's plan before they fit the unit, send the proposed mounting location and intake injection point — we'll comment by email.
